Senior Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including field visits to pharmacies and retail clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships through regular store visits and exceptional service.
• Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable terms.
• Enhance product visibility and contribute to market share growth.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve delivery issues, and follow up on payments.
• Participate in roadshows, promotional events, and other brand-building activities.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in FMCG sales, specifically in the pharmacy sector.
• Strong familiarity with pharmacy retail operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, sales-driven, and proactive with a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Assistant Sales Manager role.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
