IT Manager/ Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the IT department to ensure reliable and efficient IT infrastructure and technical services.
• Develop, implement, and monitor work plans to optimize the performance of the IT support team.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of security and surveillance IT systems, including IoT Cloud platforms.
• Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with service providers to ensure seamless technology integration and support.
• Champion technology innovation in line with company objectives, particularly in AI and IoT surveillance technologies.
• Plan and oversee IT budgets, procurement processes, and software licensing management.
• Mentor, train, and develop IT staff to foster a high-performing, skilled, and motivated team.
• Report directly to Technical Director

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing IT operations or technical teams, preferably within the security systems or technology sectors.
• Strong expertise in network infrastructure, AI, and IoT technologies.
• Experience in project management and familiarity with IT service management frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
