Sales and Marketing Manager

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related engineering field;
• 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing of electronics product manufacturing on startups/NPI/OEM/ODM projects.
• Proven Sales track record within the electronics products manufacturing or related industry.
• Knowledge and experience in managing the NPI process, including product design, testing, validation, and launch.
• Experience in building costing models and preparing RFQ responses
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and able to work independent.

Responsibilities:-

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed the company’s sales KPI targets for startups/NPI/OEM/ODM/ODM projects. Monitor and analyze sales performance, and implement necessary adjustments for improvement.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape. Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients while pursuing new business opportunities.
• Oversee NPI execution, and collaborate with engineering, and operations teams to bring new concepts into market commercialization effectively to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Develop and execute marketing plans, including campaigns, to enhance company visibility. Manage the company’s presence at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and partners
• Build and maintain detailed costing models to accurately reflect production, raw material costs. Prepare RFQ responses that are competitive, profitable, and aligned with company goals and client requirements.
