Senior Project Manager, Interior Design - Workplace Solution

Our Client, an Interior Design firm is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a workplace interior design and fit-out project.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget compliance.
• Manage and implement BIM workflows, including coordination across design, MEP, structural, and contractor teams.
• Review and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP), ensuring compliance with client, landlord, and project requirements.
• Lead clash detection and model coordination meetings, driving proactive solutions.
• Prepare and present project reports and schedules

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years project management experience
• Strong knowledge and proven application of Revit and BIM collaboration platforms
• Hands-on experience in BIM coordination, clash detection, BEP implementation, and fit-out detailing within BIM models.
• Excellent leadership, client management, and communication skills.
