职位描述

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR business partner for the office-based workforce, ensuring alignment with HR policies, engagement strategies and operational objectives

  • Design, implement and manage competitive compensation and benefits frameworks that attract, retain and motivate talent

  • Lead HR transformation initiatives, including digitalization, policy modernisation, and organisational change management

  • Identify inefficiencies in HR operations and champion process improvements to enhance service delivery and employee experience

  • Oversee end-to-end executive of annual HR cycles such as performance and salary reviews

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of payroll, benefits administration, and related compliance activities

  • Partner with Finance and HR leadership to develop, manage and monitor HR budgets, including compensation planning and headcount forecasting

  • Participate and support projects and initiatives as required

Requirements

  • Degree holder in HR, Business Administration or a related discipline

  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience with strong focus on rewards and transformation

  • Expertise in compensation benchmarking, design and implementation

  • Strong analytical skills and a data driven mindset

  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Change management experience and a track record of driving process improvements

 

Candidates with less experience will be considered for Human Resources Manager position.
