Senior Mechanical Engineer (Station Huizhou)

Responsibilities:

• Do mechanical and thermal designs for optical modules and sensing devices.
• Prepare technical drawings and arrange the outsourcing for prototyping development.
• Provide suggestions on the mass-production availability of the mechanical designs.
• Design and verify system-integration-based engineering specifications.
• Perform structural and thermal simulations based on the designs.
• Support the demo of the optical system.
• Support the failure analysis assigned by the team leader.

Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering/ Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Familiar with equipment manufacturing is a plus.
• Have initiative and be proactive and creative.
• Excellent work planning and organisation skills. Experience in workshop management and operational procedures development is a plus.
• Proficiency in using 3D engineering software such as Creo, AutoCAD etc. to develop 3D models, 2D assembly and engineering drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking, task-orientated and proactive team player.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.  Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
• Station in Huizhou
• Immediate Available is an advantage.
