Clerk of Works (CoW) - 18 months contract

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Clerk of Works (CoW) to join our team on a project-based contract for a major 7-floor renovation and office fit-out project at Shamshuipo. The role requires full-time, on-site presence throughout the 18-month construction period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise interior fitting out works, ensuring works are in order and align with the approved design.
• Oversee builders’ works, A&A works, and E&M installations of similar nature and scale.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure workmanship meets required standards.
• Supervise other building site works such as waterproofing and coordination with external wall works at Shamshuipo Centre.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and the client’s representative to ensure proper execution and coordination on site.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant post-graduate experience in building construction, A&A, interior renovation, and E&M works of comparable complexity.
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or High Certificate in Civil, Building, or Structural Engineering.
• Proven experience in site supervision with a focus on quality control and coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidate must be available to commence by August or September 2025.
