Senior interior Design/Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

• Perform all phases and full scope of design work including planning, designing, and overseeing the construction.
• Develop conceptual ideas for narrative & mood board
• Independently Handle full sets of presentation with concept diagrams, perspective drawings and tender drawings
• Planning and design of projects, including but not limited to Interiors and FF&E work
• Managing Residential/ Sale office/ Commercial/ Office & FF&E projects from design to construction period.

Requirements:

Senior Interior Designer:

With at least 5-7 years-experience in Residential, House, Hotel, Office, Shopping Mall, Commercial & Club House Design

Interior Designer:

• With at least 3 years for related experiences
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Interior Designer or Draftsman

• Solid experience in handling clients and projects from design stage to job completion
• Excellent presentation with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good Ability to handle full set design drawings and specifications
• Good Ability to handle multi tasks under pressure and dynamic environment, ability to meet tight schedules with confidence and willing to work overtime when necessary.
• Able to handle full set of design drawing including design detail and technical drawings
• Excellent knowledge in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint & PC Software
• Good Spoken & written English and Mandarin will be advantage
• Willing to travel to China occasionally
• Immediate availability preferred
