Customer Service Officer / Admin Assistant (General Insurance)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer / Admin Assistant (General Insurance) to join our team at Frankfurt Insurance Agency Company Limited in the Wan Chai District. As part of our dynamic and growing company, you will play a vital role in supporting our Insurance business and ensuring the smooth running of our general insurance operations. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for career development within our thriving business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to sales quotation related activities in daily operations;
• Perform quote application by log-in “on-line quote portal” of various insurance companies;
• Understand clients’ needs & negotiate best terms with insurance companies for clients;
• Handle product enquires from new & existing clients & follow up renewal policies;
• Upload / download sales related documentation via insurance companies’ system;
• Perform ad hoc duties as required ;
• No OT, No sales quota, No target selling is required

What We're Looking For

• Form 6 or above in sales/marketing or related discipline;
• For Customer Service Officer - IIQE 1 & 2 with General Insurance working experience & knowledge is highly preference; Applicants without IIQE qualifications will be appointed under job title as Admin Assistant.
• Hands-on, solid experience in customer services, including sales quote techniques;
• Customer oriented: efficient & effective service manner & accuracy in document preparation;
• Good presentation & communication skills in whatsapp & commercial e-mail writing;
• Highly responsible, positive service attitude and being analytical mindset;
• Essential PC skill in MS Word / outlook applications & computer skills.
