Supply Chain Officer

About the Role:

• Order Coordination

  • Coordinate orders across the entire supply chain, from purchasing to the retail network.
  • Ensure smooth execution and timely processing across all stages.

• Shipping & Import Documentation

  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of shipping documents.
  • Consolidate required information for import declarations and input into the system.
  • Provide customs declaration documents when needed.

• Abnormalities Follow-up

  • Monitor and follow up on issues such as shipment shortages and arrival damages.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties for resolution.

• Claims Handling

  • Collect claim-related materials from stores or warehouse.
  • Once a claim is confirmed, issue debit notes and follow up on credit notes from vendors.
  • Maintain and update the claim status report accurately.

• Vendor Payment & Reconciliation

  • Provide payment details to vendors for their bookkeeping.
  • Communicate with vendors to confirm remittance details.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

• Data Consolidation & Reporting

  • Accurately and promptly consolidate transfer data.
  • Maintain data integrity for internal reporting and decision-making.

• Ad Hoc Tasks

  Participate in ad hoc assignments and projects as directed by management.

You are the perfect one if you are/have:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or cargo roles
• Familiar with e-Commerce logistics and management
• Have a sense of responsibility, planning, communication, coordination and execution ability
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
