Technical Officer (Beverage Equipment)

What you'll be doing

• Organize technical training with equipment suppliers & product training to sales team
• Creating engaging content for our digital platforms, including social media and website
• Collect, analysis, report of technical problems/ quality issues to principal
• Support sales team onsite for equipment troubleshooting
• Other ad-hoc assignments by Management

What we're looking for

• Higher Diploma or above
• Experience in sales / technical support/F&B industry/ electronic appliances/ machines/ maintenance will be advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for the coffee and tea industry and a desire to contribute to a growing brand
• Proficiency in MS Office such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint
