Requirements:
-
Computer desktop & laptop technology, Windows 10,11, Microsoft Office 365
-
Provide internal support to construction office users.
-
Prepare and manage conference equipment for user meetings.
-
Have at least 2 years of experience working in a Windows Server Active Directory environment.
-
Perform general firewall administration.
-
Familiar with Office 365 applications, with at least 2 years deskside experience with over 40 users.
-
Handle office copier and scanning tasks.
-
Have experience troubleshooting user PC file and printing issues.
-
Knowledge of basic construction software is an advantage.

Handle backup and restoration job of servers
-
Capable to general communication with users in English
