As our business continues to grow across the Greater Bay Area (Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou), we are strengthening our client-facing and relationship-building capability.

We are now seeking a confident, personable, and commercially aware professional to take on a frontline client relationship and business development role, working closely with our Business Units and leadership teams.

The Role

This is a relationship-driven business development and client engagement role.

You will act as a key connector between clients and M Moser’s multidisciplinary teams — building trust, supporting client conversations, identifying opportunities, and helping translate client needs into meaningful project engagements.

The role suits someone who is comfortable meeting clients, initiating conversations, and representing a professional services brand with credibility and warmth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Act as a frontline point of contact for prospective and existing clients across Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust, insight, and responsiveness
  • Participate in client meetings, proposals/presentations, and follow-ups together with Business Unit leaders

Business Development Support

  • Identify and nurture new opportunities, repeat work, and cross-disciplinary engagements
  • Support internal teams in preparing for client conversations, proposals, and presentations
  • Track and follow up on leads and opportunities in a structured, professional manner

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with design, strategy, engineering, sustainability, and delivery teams to align client needs with internal expertise
  • Share market intelligence, client feedback, and insights to strengthen overall business development efforts

Market Presence

  • Represent M Moser externally through networking, industry events, and client touchpoints
  • Strengthen M Moser’s presence and relationships across the Greater Bay Area professional community


What We’re Looking For

Core Profile

    Strong experience in client-facing, relationship-based roles within professional service

(e.g. architecture, engineering, consulting, real estate, project management, workplace strategy)

  • Comfortable meeting clients, building rapport, and managing conversations independently
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of how professional services generate value

Skills & Attributes

  • Confident communicator with a warm, credible, and professional presence
  • Collaborative mindset — able to work across disciplines and geographies
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple client interactions at once
  • Curious, adaptable, and open to using digital tools and generative AI (e.g. ChatGPT) to work more effectively

Language & Location

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Based in Hong Kong, with regular engagement across the Greater Bay Area

Experience Level

  • Open to mid- to senior-level candidates
  • Prior industry experience is valuable, but mindset and client aptitude are critical
