职位描述

Administrative Officer, Institute Secretariat (Human Resources) (Ref.: 25/47/IS/AO)

 

Duties:

The appointee will be required to:

  1. Provide comprehensive HR support across various functions, including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, and general HR administration;

  2. Participate in the planning and implementation of HR projects, such as the development of a new HR database and the revision of the Staff Handbook;

  3. Ensure HR practices and processes comply with policies and employment regulations;

  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support HR initiatives; and

  5. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Appointment Criteria:

Applicants should have:

  1. Bachelor's degree in relevant field;

  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with exposure to HR projects;

  3. Strong proficiency in Office Software;

  4. Strong organizational and project management skills;

  5. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information;

  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills; and

  7. Familiarity with HR systems or database implementation is a plus.

 

 

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
