Toby has been the largest online service marketplace in Hong Kong. Over 700 services are provided through our matching platform. We are currently looking for a Senior Data Product Manager.  

Job Responsibilities

1.     Responsible for the operation of data tools and the establishment of data management processes, driving improvements in platform data operation efficiency.

2.     Gain deep understanding of business needs, integrate with business scenarios, and collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to deploy data capability solutions suitable for different departments.

3.     Lead and implement data projects, organize data assets, and improve data quality and application effectiveness in business systems.

4.     Demonstrate strong data sensitivity, utilize data tools to continuously monitor product performance, and optimize based on analysis to ensure optimal user experience on the platform.

5.     Possess strong capability in building metric systems: starting from business goals, organize key business processes, define core and derived metrics, and build a comprehensive, systematic, and actionable metric system.

Basic Requirements

1.     Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of relevant work experience. Preferred majors include Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields.

2.     Proficient in data analysis tools (SQL/Python) and mainstream BI tools (such as Tableau/QuickSight), with a methodical approach, resilience, goal-oriented mindset, and innovative thinking.

3.     Experience with comprehensive data tracking implementation (e.g., event tracking, page tracking) is a plus, ensuring accurate collection of user behavior data.

4.     Strong logical thinking skills, with the ability to extract core scenarios from business processes and effectively communicate with R&D, marketing, and operations teams to jointly drive business progress.
