Responsibilities:

  • Handle TEAMS-phone calls, emails, and simple customer inquiries when needed
  • Data entry, project filing, record maintenance and archiving
  • Assist project administration, proposals, tenders, contract documents, and daily correspondence
  • Arrange delivery and collection of project documents and tenders
  • General office administration duties, office and equipment maintenance and ordering office supplies
  • Provide support to reception, Accounts and HR as required
  • Arrange travel itineraries, book flight tickets and accommodation
  • Ad hoc assignments as required

In addition, you will demonstrate:

  • 3+ years experience, preferably in construction / engineering consulting organisation
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio
  • Initiative and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Chinese typing skills
  • Experience supporting multiple teams
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Initiative and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Experience supporting large teams
