Resident Building Services Inspectors (Ref: 21721T2)

• Higher Diploma / Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering,  or equivalent;
• Minimum 8 years post graduate experience in design and site supervision and minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience in the capacity of Resident Building Services Inspector, or equivalent;
• Be adaptable and able to work independently and have strong organization and communication skills and supervisory skills of technical / site staff; and
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
