Duties
- Support Sales team in daily sales activities, including data entry, document management, incoming enquiries, closed deals and follow up orders status
- Post sales follow up, monitor purchase order, logistics and delivery
- Liaise with customers, vendors or related parties to facilitate smooth sales cycle
- Identify niche markets and business development opportunities
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Business/Engineering/Electronic or similar discipline
- Experience in Sales/Sales Support/Government procurement perfered
- Proficient in MS Office and Oracle platform is a plus
- Proper business communication skills in both English & Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese)
- Outgoing, self-motivated, independent and willing to work under pressure and a good team player
- Initiative, self-driven and willing to learn
- Immediate available is highly preferred
