We are specialized in branded merchandise, full service webshops, POS, packaging, prototyping, concept & planning and 3D design. Committed to creating products that stand out, constructive for use, within your budget and ahead of the times.

We are hiring an Assistant Merchandiser to join our Hong Kong team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to the merchandising team on order process.
 

What you'll do

The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her superior:

• Assist in the daily merchandising operations

• Assist with the follow-up of orders from sampling, approval and production

• Work closely with cross-functional departments (QA, Design, Production, Sourcing, Sales etc.)

• Carry out visits to trade fairs or suppliers in order to manage and develop the supplier pool within the commodity area

• Provide clerical support, such as data entry, parcels handling

• Ad-hoc task(s) as required

What will you need

• Tertiary level education

• 1 year of merchandising experience would be ideal (fresh graduates will also be considered)

• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

• Detail-oriented mindset, highly organized and responsible

• Self motivated, willing to learn, hard-working and good working attitude

• Can work independently, meanwhile be a good team player

• Proficient in MS Office
