Responsibilities:

• Oversee the monthly closing of financial accounts and daily accounting operations and cash flow management

• Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide management reports to aid decision-making. Deep dive into driver causing variance between actual and budget/forecast

• Develop and maintain an effective internal control system, evaluate business processes for improvement opportunities

• Prepare and present monthly performance reviews, focusing on financial performance, business efficiency and KPI assessments

• Deploy Pest Control and Hygiene Pricing & Profitability tools, track tools’ usage and develop reports analyzing low or negative GM contracts

• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to leverage strengths and address weaknesses in pricing strategies

• Formulate system development requirements for the Pricing Calculator and coordinate with IT for improvements

• Lead initiatives to improve processes and enhance efficiency in accordance with Group accounting and internal control policies

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance overall financial performance and operational efficiency, engaging with various stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance discipline with CPA professional qualifications

• At least 8 years solid experience in Accounting and Finance, at least 5 years FP&A related experience preferably in MNCs, global brand in an analytical and business partnering capacity

• Prior experience with ERP and Business Analytics such as D365 or other established systems would be an advantage

• Pricing model and large tender knowledge would be an advantage

• Strong communication skills, proactive to reach out to stakeholders, able to collaborate with people at all levels, confident in presenting business performance and challenges across all departments, and to exert positive influence on stakeholders

• Strong problem solving skills, analytical skills and thirst for improvements

• Self-starter, hands-on, attention to details, independent, responsible, a good team player with “can-do” attitude

• Enthusiastic, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, diligently and set the right priorities
