About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive / Assisting Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Graden Fastener Co. Limited' in the Kwun Tong District. As a full-time sales professional, you will play a key role in driving new business and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively prospect and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships by providing exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Accurately forecast sales, monitor performance, and report on key metrics
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably within the fastener industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM and other sales tools
• A driven, ambitious, and self-motivated mindset
• Familiarity with the local market and industry regulations
