RBSE / BS Inspector / Assistant BS Inspectors / Work Supervisors

• For RBSE post, corporate membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Discipline) with min. 3 years of post-qualification local experience in Housing Authority Projects;
• For BSI/ABSI/WS posts, Diploma/Higher Certificate in Building Services or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; and have attained the language proficiency requirements of “level 2” or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (DSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (Note: “Grade E” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to “Level 2” Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth);
• Over 7/3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in building services installation of governmental projects, preferably in Housing Authority/ArschSD projects,
