Assistant (Part-time) - Finance & Accounts Department

职位描述

Responsibilities:

  1. Support daily accounting tasks, including data entry, managing donations, issuing receipts, and processing payments;
  2. Provide administrative assistance to the department, including filing, cash counting, and processing bank deposits;
  3. Carry out any other relevant duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Requirements:

  1. Diploma in Accountancy or LCC Intermediate;
  2. Proficient in MS Office Application;
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  4. Diligent, responsible, willing to learn and work independently;
  5. Maximum 2 days per week (Monday to Friday);

  6. Immediate available is highly preferred.
