IT Product Manager (Futures & Options) – Digital Transformation

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the positioning, planning, and high-level design of IT systems based on company strategy, business pain points, customer research, and user insights, delivering effective solutions.
• Lead or contribute to IT projects/systems related to futures and options, including requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, product prototype design, and drafting product requirement documents (PRDs).
• Work closely with business, development, and QA teams to validate project feasibility, coordinate development efforts, drive project timelines, ensure quality control, and guarantee on-time delivery.
• Monitor the performance of futures and options IT systems, collect operational data and issues, optimize products through targeted improvements, and drive continuous innovation and iterative enhancements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related IT field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system planning, functional design, requirements analysis, or development related to futures and options. Familiarity with stocks, bonds, and fund businesses is a plus.
• Solid understanding of IT system development processes, including workflows, standards, application frameworks, technical solutions, testing protocols, and system architecture.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, IT software specifications, and system/feature prototypes, with strong analytical, planning, and client-facing skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, drive collaboration, track progress, and mitigate risks.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin proficiency required).
