Yee Fung Construction Engineering Limited major business involves provision of construction services in various trades of interior fitting out, renovation of building and facade, building alteration and addition works. In order to cope with our need for business growth, we are looking for the following positions:

A&A and Fit-Out projects - Project Manager (報價及跟地盤)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full tendering process, from bid preparation to submission
• Analyze tender documents and identify key requirements and risks
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to gather necessary information
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, project timelines, and technical proposals
• Ensure compliance with client specifications and industry standards
• Lead post-tender negotiations and support contract finalization
• Oversee project execution once awarded, ensuring alignment with tender commitments

Requirements:

• Degree in any relevant discipline
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience
• Proven experience in tendering and project management
• Strong understanding of procurement procedures and bid documentation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred
