(Senior) Quality Assurance Manager - Food Manufacturing Factory

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the Quality Assurance team’s job tasks and lead the team to perform QA functions effectively and efficiently;
• Implement and monitor Food Safety Management System (HACCP, ISO 22000);
• Responsible for setting up food safety controls and documentation procedures with regular updates;
• Follow up customer audits and annual certification audits (Q- Mark, HACCP, ISO22000) ;
• Perform regular GMP audit in factory and communicate with related parties for improvement;
• Communicate at all levels with cross functions to resolve non-conformance and quality assurance & control issues;
• Organize and conduct in-house relevant training (food safety awareness, hygiene, HACCP, etc.);
• Prepare monthly reports and report to management team regularly;
• Support and perform ad hoc projects and other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Food Safety & Technology or related disciplines;
• Knowledge on HACCP & ISO22000 is a must;
• Familiar with central kitchen operations;
• 8 years solid QA experience, preferably with 3 years supervisory experience;
• Proficient in MS Office application (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing;
• Be proactive, self-motivated and work independently;
• Good time management skill, well-organized with strong analytical mind;
• May be required to be on duty during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, subject to production needs.
