Aftersales Manager (Automotive)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of service team, workshop, parts sales and operation to ensure high-quality service delivery to our customers. Lead and build a strong After Sales Service Team, maintaining team morale.
• Develop, budget, and execute the aftersales business strategic plan and objectives in order to achieve sales target
• Set up and maintain service level standards for operations to improve and maintain excellent service quality Ensure teams follow and maintain service level standards in operations, and comply with related ordinance
• Supervise and coordinate with the workshop team to ensure cost-effective service provision. Monitor maintenance and repair progress
• Monitor parts sales performance and take corrective actions as necessary. Ensure efficient inventory management and timely availability of parts
• Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability. Expand the company’s reach and profitability
• Cultivate strong relationship with key fleet customers, suppliers and business partners
• Address customer inquiries and follow up with key clients regarding complaints and maintenance progress
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to execute company-wide campaigns aligned with business goals
• Handle any ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above. Mechanical Engineering academic background will be an advantage
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in vehicles service operations with 3 years’ supervisory experience. Commercial Vehicles experience is preferred.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skill
• Good command in Catonese, English and Putonghua
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Aftersales Manager
