职位描述

The Operations Assistant Manager/ Managerplays a strategic leadership role, overseeing daily operations to ensure alignment with company objectives. This role requires continuous engagement with customers across commercial, operational scopes, and contract renewals.

Operational Leadership & Compliance

  • Lead and enforce compliance with operational processes, ensuring delivery of KPIs and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Oversee adherence to safety, security, and regulatory standards, including compliance with Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD).
  • Ensure all work processes align with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

Financial & Performance Accountability

  • Manage program P&L, ensuring expenditures stay within approved budgets.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize operations, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvements along the value chain.

Team Development & Culture

  • Foster a high-performance team culture that promotes collaboration, feedback, and best practice sharing.
  • Plan and deliver on-the-job training to enhance staff performance and productivity.

Client & Inventory Management

  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery.
  • Lead inventory control processes to maintain accuracy and integrity across in-house systems, consigned inventory, and client records.
  • Perform regular reconciliations between physical stock and system quantities, both internally and at client locations.

Quality & Improvement Initiatives

  • Drive quality assurance efforts to deliver consistent, high-standard services, documentation, and processes.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, system upgrades, and special projects to enhance inventory accuracy and overall profitability.

Additional Responsibilities

    Handle other duties as assigned by the reporting manager, supporting broader organizational goals.
