Fashion Graphics Designer

Act as the bridge between buyers & production team and factories & suppliers and fabric mills in China, and other markets

• Build up and maintain good relationship with key suppliers to deliver improved supply chain efficiently including greater flexibility, shorter lead times, and fit improvements
• Follow up with customers, factories and suppliers to execute product and / or material development
• Monitor development of new products ensuring prototyping and sampling is following the design briefs provided
• Sourcing related materials and components during development phase through solid supplier management
• Work closely with merchandising and factories to facilitate development processes;
• Manage the whole product development process from design to sample execution
• Researching on seasonal themes, new technology, material and colors as per market needs.
• Preparing for seasonal collection and related projects;
• Meeting with buyers and working closely with merchandisers and production team to ensure proper fitting and production of samples

Requirements

• 2 years experience in fashion design field preferred
• Experience with soft goods & fashion accessories development process, costing, fabric and color development is a plus
• Higher Diploma or above in Fashion Design, Textiles & Clothing or related disciplines;
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and detail-oriented;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin;

• Familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Office
