Job Responsibilities

• Consumer (App) Products

  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for core modules of our financial trading app, from requirement analysis to launch.
  • Design smooth, secure, and user-friendly trading experiences to increase conversion and satisfaction.
  • Create and implement in-app engagement features (e.g., reward systems, vouchers, tasks, competitions).
  • Develop backend operation tools to streamline activity setup and configuration.

• Enterprise (B2B) Products

  • Manage SaaS fintech product lines with full lifecycle ownership, from architecture design to scaling.
  • Build financial-grade multi-tenant architectures with high concurrency and low latency.
  • Integrate innovative technologies (AI, blockchain) into financial risk control, payments, and automation.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, designing secure solutions (data encryption, privacy computing).

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related fields.

• 3+ years C-end fintech product experience (apps, trading, investment, payments) with proven success in product launches.

• 5+ years B2B SaaS fintech product experience, having led at least 2 core financial systems (payments, settlement, risk control, trading).

• Strong understanding of financial systems, regulations, and security requirements.
• Skilled in product design, data analysis, and cross-functional project management.
• Experience with emerging technologies (AI, blockchain) is a strong plus.
