Control Tower & Operation - Supervisor (Ocean Freight)

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare related reports with operation data for further business development analysis & presentation;
• Assist manager for projects and initiatives relating to improving customer acquisition, implementations and product/system development;
• Co-ordinate daily operational matters with clients, Global Headquarter, branch and agents;
• Provide training and guidelines to the team to comply with Standard Operating Procedure(SOP);
• Be the day-to-day Interface between Customer, Origin & Sourcing operation efficiency.

Job Requirements: 

• Strong numeric analysis ability; able to tackle problematic area and enhance service quality;
• Able to build up and maintain strong partnership with clients, GHQ/RHQ, branch and agents;
• Outstanding communication skills with internal and external parties;
• 3 - 5 years working experience in the logistics sector;
• Degree holder or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management or relevant discipline;
• Excellent command in both speaking and written English and Chinese.
