Job Descriptions:
Prepare related reports with operation data for further business development analysis & presentation;
Co-ordinate daily operational matterswith clients, Global Headquarter, branch and agents;
Provide training and guidelines to the team to comply with Standard Operating Procedure(SOP);
- Be the day-to-day Interface between Customer, Origin & Sourcing operation efficiency;
- Assist manager for projects + initiatives relating to improving customer acquisition, implementations + product/system development.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management or relevant discipline;
- 3 - 5 years working experience in the logistics sector;
- Excellent command in both speaking and written English and Chinese;
- Able to build up and maintain strong partnership with clients, GHQ/RHQ, branch and agents;
- Outstanding communication skills with internal and external parties.
