Key Responsibilities:
- Lead both Operations & Customer Service Teams in providing operational efficiency and high-quality customer services.
- Report to the General Manager of Hong Kong & Macau region.
- Oversee and manage the budgets of Operations & Customer Service Department by allocating resources efficiently and balancing the departments’ needs to meet the Company financial goals.
- Work closely with the management team and cross-functional teams to establish goals and develop strategic objectives to drive long-term success and growth.
- Coordinate and communicate regularly with the Headquarters and regional offices within Asia-pacific region.
- Develop, negotiate and build a trust partnership with vendors for sustainable growth of the Company.
- Manage and lead projects as required.
Operations area:
- Manages the Logistics and Operations Team to achieve the following:
- Maintain optimal inventory level by closely monitoring supply chain processes.
- Minimize operational costs by optimizing the movement and storage of goods through inventory analysis and planning.
- Manage import and export documentation.
- Monitor 3PL performance including pick pack accuracy, delivery lead time within KPI target and take corrective actions as required.
Customer Service area:
- Manages the Customer Service Team to achieve the following:
- Maintain highly effective frontline operations for Experience Centre, Call Centre, Email & Live Chat services.
- Maintain high customer service quality, create a positive brand image, deliver empathy, understand customers’ concerns and resolve issues to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Be sensitive to customers’ concerns and operating issues, proactively seeking solutions and working with different departments to improve customer experience.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
- At least 5 years of experience in management role, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving organizational success.
- Industry-specific experience is highly valued for a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and industry trends. MNC experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build a high performing team, build great working relationships and proven conflict resolution capabilities.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Exceptional problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- High autonomy and self-organized, passionate with a can-do attitude and own end-to-end projects.
- Proficient in PC skills, with advanced level of knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Strong experience in MRP/ERP.
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager
