Assistant Business Development Manager (Korean Speaking)

What You'll Do: 

• Take initiation on preparing appropriate promotional plans through sales performance review, brand studies, internal resources evaluation and marketing strategies

• Coordinate with internal parties to ensure campaign alignment and monitor campaign performance

• Analyze customer behavior and sales data to refine promotional tactics

• Conduct research on e-commerce trends, Korean beauty brands and competitors' analysis

What You Have: 

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Economics, Marketing or Business-related disciplines

• At least 5 years of experience in business research, analysis or planning, preferably from e-commerce or digital-related field

• Fluent in English, good command of Korean

• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Excel.

• Detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, able to work individually and as a team
