Finance Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of consolidated accounts and prepare HKFRS financial statements;
• Work with a high performing reporting/analytics team;
• Monitor the financial reporting process;
• Fulfill audit, tax and other statutory filing requirements;
• Provide support on ad-hoc projects; and
• Occasional business travel to Mainland China.

Requirements:
 

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance/Accounting or related disciplines;
• Professional accounting designation (HKICPA or similar qualification) is a MUST;
• At least 5 years audit firm and commercial experiences;
• At least 3 years of solid financial reporting experience, especially the consolidated accounts of large group companies;
• Solid hands-on experience in analysis of financial statements;
• Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills are essential;
• Self-motivated and positive “can do” attitude;
• Capable to provide target deliverables under tight schedule and pressure;
• Analytical, organised and detail-oriented;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, good team spirit with proactive and positive working attitude.
