Job Description

• Leading one workstream in a large-scale Government systems project and be responsible for the day-to-day project management

• Management of project team members and sub-contractors both locally and offshore

• Management of stakeholders including customer IT and business users, subcontractors and other internal departments

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Studies or equivalent

• Over 15 years IT experiences with 8+ years in project management position (candidates with more project management experience will also be considered for senior position)

• Holder of PM certificates such as PMP, PSM, PRINCE II, or equivalent

• Track record of successful delivery of at least one application delivery and/or systems integration project with the following characteristics:

  • spanning over 2 years

  • 40 members, onshore and offshore teams

  • multiple subcontractors and suppliers

• 5 years team management experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self initiative, result oriented and always able to deliver to commitment

• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, good written English and Chinese is a MUST

• Possess one of the followings will be an added advantage
  
  o  government project experience on the vendor side

  o  broad technical knowledge of different disciplines such as infrastructure, network, security, agile
