Business and Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Conduct process documentation and data analysis for streamlining current business processes
• Conduct literature review study about latest trend of process improvement and ERP operations
• Participate in projects with various business stakeholder and IT for business process alignment
• Proficient in translating users requirement into system designs, redesigning processes, and coordinate with users for system testing, documentation, training and solution delivery
• Data Collection and Cleansing for ERP projects: Gather and collect relevant data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and completeness
• Support system and ERP project development lifecycle as assigned
• Prepare management presentation as assigned
• Assist in ad hoc tasks and project as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or relevant fields
• 1 to 2 years relevant working experience, fresh graduates are also welcome
• Knowledge of data analysis tool e.g. Excel, Tableau, PowerBI
• Be patient and able to work multiple projects at the same time
• Work under the timeline bound and in fast pace environment
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
