Manager, Business & Digital Transformation

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of leading and managing complex digital transformation projects, including AI-powered solutions and ERP system enhancements, to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and business growth.
• Act as a key driver of change, leveraging strong communication, influence, and people skills to align stakeholders, build consensus, and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Use structured problem-solving approaches to address challenges, identify root causes, and develop actionable plans to drive project success.
• Dive into technical details when necessary to effectively guide internal and external teams, navigating challenges and proactively steering project progress rather than passively following up or chasing tasks.
• Partner with Department Heads to identify opportunities for process improvement and act as a change agent to ensure the smooth rollout and adoption of transformative initiatives.
• Handle routine system administration tasks as needed to support operational workflows, while focusing primarily on transformation projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing digital transformation projects, preferably involving AI implementation and ERP system enhancements.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to dive into technical details when needed; experience with SQL and/or Python programming is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders, build alignment, and drive collaboration.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and translate challenges into actionable solutions.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and is willing to roll up their sleeves to ensure project success.
• Experience with ERP systems and AI-powered technologies is highly preferred.
