Logistic Assistant

About the role

Takcere is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistic Assistant to join our team in Lai Chi Kok - our new office site. This full-time position is an integral part of our logistics and distribution operations, responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the coordination and execution of logistics activities, including receiving, storing and dispatching of goods
• Preparing and processing shipping documentation and paperwork
• Liaising with internal departments and external logistics providers to ensure seamless delivery of products
• Providing support in the management of warehousing operations, including stock rotation and organization
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency

• Potential customer service involvement with job promotion and salary raise
  

What we're looking for

• 1 - 2 years of experiences in a logistics role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with shipping and documentation processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal and external parties
• Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work under pressure

• Competent in using logistics software and computer applications
