About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic logistics team at TOP A SUPPLY CHAIN CO. LTD'. As a Warehouse Operations Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and seamless operations of our distribution centre in Kwai Chung Kwai Tsing District. This is a full-time position that offers great opportunities for career development within our growing organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for arranging delivery and shipment procedures
2. Document handling – follow up on orders and return forms
3. Inventory counting and reporting warehouse data
4. Handle simple customer inquiries
5. Support daily operational tasks
6. Coordinate with the company’s sales and logistics departments

Job Requirements:

1. Education level: Form 5/Form 6 or above
2. Good command of Cantonese; able to read and write English & Chinese
3. Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel; basic computer operation knowledge
4. Responsible, organized, hardworking, eager to learn, and punctual
5. 1–2 years of work experience
6. Proactive, independent, responsible, and a good team player
7. Candidates with experience working in small to medium-sized warehouses will be given priority
