Assistant Sales Manager

Job Duties:

• Assist Department Head in supporting and motivating Sales Team to achieve sales & GP target via various sales activities and supervise other team members
• Monitor PO & delivery, minimize return loss from customers and prepare sales review reports and other relevant sales reports
• Assist in inventory control to avoid overstock & out of stock and formulate action plan
• Handle customers issues and update the status for all sales related issue to Department Head from time to time
• Maintain and improve business relationships with customers
• Assist in planning and implementing fairs and promotion activities
• Ensure proper communication with internal departments
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Over 5 years sales supervisory experience, preferable in food and beverage industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Aggressive, mature, self-motivated and results focused with demonstrated ability to work independently
• Proficient with MS Office applications including Excel and Word
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Working Location: Kwai Chung
