Regional Data Solutions Manager

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Your key responsibilities in this function will be the following:

·         Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and BI professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to drive high performance.

·         Deliver data-driven solutions and provide expert guidance to Maisons

·         Lead the delivery and management of scalable data products within the APAC region, ensuring quality and reliability

·         Work closely with data science and engineering teams to execute data products, leveraging cross-functional expertise to achieve business goals

·         Serve as a business partner to effectively communicate with stakeholders and clients, manage priorities, and address demand

·         Empower local markets with data capabilities and support data-driven initiatives to drive business growth.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

·         Lead Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, with a significant portion in a managerial or supervisory role

·         Strong experience in engaging with and managing relationships with stakeholders and clients

·         Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or related disciplines

·         Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills

·         Enthusiastic about delivering training and sharing sessions

·         Preferred experience and knowledge in GCP and Google Looker

·         Proficient in English, Cantonese & Mandarin

·         Immediate available/ short notice period is preferred.
