Supply Chain Operation Manager (E-commerce)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize logistics systems tailored to China’s transportation networks, ensuring efficient inventory flow and delivery processes.
• Oversee customs compliance for China, including accurate documentation, tariff classification, and adherence to Chinese import/export regulations and trade policies.
• Supervise internal warehouse management operations across China, including inventory control, inventory flow, and coordination with third-party logistics providers.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales team to align supply chain operations with business objectives.
• Provide regular reports on operational performance to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate risks in China’s supply chain operations, including disruptions, compliance issues, and cost overruns.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies to drive continuous improvement in supply chain finance operations.
   

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain operations, focused on logistics, customs, or warehouse management.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics systems, including transportation management systems (TMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Proven experience in warehouse management, including inventory optimization and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and
