Junior Account Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with clients from a wide range of industries
• Act as the communication bridge between clients and the company as a project manager
• Assist Sales Team in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects with internal teams
• Assist Sales team in liaising with the clients to ensure timely completion of advertisement projects
• Monitoring and ensuring the work standards are of a sufficient quality
• Monitoring and coordination with clients and internal team at various works stage for time
• Carry out daily project administration works
• Provide sales administrative support with documentation and material
• Assist the team on various ad-hoc support if required

• Advancement to Account Servicing / Project Management Team to handle complicated projects & integrated solutions
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree’s holder in any related discipline
• Interested in social media marketing industry
• Well-organized and detail-oriented with good multitasking skills
• A good team player with good interpersonal, communication, organizational and time-management skills
• Must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
• Experience in marketing agencies preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
