Social Media & Community Manager / Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop the social media strategy, with a focus on growing our presence and engagement on Telegram and X (Twitter)
• Manage the daily calendar, schedule posts, and engage in real-time with trending topics
• Analyze the performance of content strategies through detailed reports, aiming to optimize organic reach, enhance engagement, and meet key performance indicators
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Management or related fields
• Familiar with platforms like X (Telegram), Tiktok and Discord
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and a good communicator
• Excellent written communication and trend awareness in English and Chinese
