Finance & Administrative Manager
A hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong foundation in finance and administration, who enjoys working independently in a small, supportive, and international team.
This position offers variety, stability, and the opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running of our Hong Kong office.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Responsibilities
Process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, limited accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and general ledger entries in line with internal procedures.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal and external reporting.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, local accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with external parties such as banks, auditors, and service providers on financial documentation and processes.
Support the annual audit process, including document preparation and responding to audit queries.
Manage procurement and expense reconciliation: invoice tracking, petty cash handling, and payment processing.
Administrative Support
Manage MPF contributions: calculations, submissions, enrolments, and terminations.
Prepare and file employment-related tax documents, including Employer’s Returns (IR56 series) and other IRD requirements.
Coordinate office administration: procurement of office supplies, vendor management, maintenance scheduling, and general clerical support.
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in finance/accounting and 1 year in office administration/office management.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently, with high attention to detail and discretion handling confidential information.
Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English is required.
