IT Business Analyst positions with a well-known insurance company
 

Exciting Role for you
 

• Work with end-users and IT counterparts in determining detailed requirements for an agreed system solution; help ensure alignment among internal users and narrow the gaps where needed
• Collect user's requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Provide incident and production support to the operational systems
• Assist in the implementation of new applications and systems, upgrading existing systems
• Participate in UAT & Implementation Verification Testing (IVT) for system enhancement.
• Liaise with vendor

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Systems, Computer Science or other related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a business analyst in insurance industry
• Proficiency in Power automation & PowerBI is an advantage
• Knowledge in life insurance is highly preferred
• Good analytical, problem solving and organizing skills
• Experience in system production support would be an advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• *Immediate availability is highly preferred*
