Receptionist & Data Entry

About the role

This is a full-time Receptionist & Data Entry role at Nanwani Solicitors LLP, a leading law firm based in Admiralty Central and Western District. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth running of the firm's operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Welcoming and greeting clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
2. Answering and directing incoming telephone calls and messages
3. Performing various administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management
4. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
5. Providing support to the legal team as required
6. Maintaining a tidy and well-organised reception area

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a professional services environment
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
3. Strong organisational abilities and the ability to multitask effectively
4. Proficient in data entry and using standard office software
5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
6. A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
