About Mecca Electronics
Mecca Electronics is a leading Hong Kong-based EMS provider with 30+ years of expertise in end-to-end electronics manufacturing with Dongguan facility (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485 certified). We produce Box build and Board Assemblies in different sectors including Healthcare, Automotive, Industrial Power, Consumer Electronics, and Telecommunications.
Role Summary
We seek a proactive Marketing Manager to drive growth by acquiring new OEM/ODM clients and expanding into untapped market segments. The ideal candidate will leverage existing industry connections to bring immediate business opportunities to Mecca, focusing on EMS projects (PCBA, Box Build, and electro-mechanical assemblies).
Key Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition:
- Identify and secure clients in target sectors (Healthcare, Automotive, Industrial, Consumer Electronics).
Leverage existing customer relationships to onboard new projects for Mecca.
Market Expansion:
- Develop strategies to penetrate emerging markets/segments (e.g., EV, IoT, Medical Devices).
- Analyze industry trends to prioritize high-potential opportunities.
End-to-End Sales Leadership:
- Lead client pitches, quotations, contract negotiations, and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with engineering/production teams to ensure project feasibility (DFM, NPI).
Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Brand Advocacy:
- Represent Mecca at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Requirements
Experience:
8+ years in business development/sales within EMS/OEM/ODM manufacturing. In which, including 5+ years in Managerial level
Proven track record of bringing clients to an organization (existing customer base in EMS is mandatory).
- Experience in PCBA/Box Build projects for sectors like Healthcare, Automotive, or Industrial Electronics.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Technical aptitude to understand manufacturing processes (SMT, testing, supply chain).
- Ability to develop tailored solutions for client needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Marketing.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (written/spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Mindset:
- Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced factory environment.
- Willingness to be based in Dongguan (Mon-Fri) and travel as needed.
