Sales & Marketing Manager

We are a Hong Kong EMS Manufacturer with our own operations in Dongguan (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485 certified). We produce Box build and Board Assemblies for OEMs in different sectors, Healthcare, Automotive, Industrial Power, Consumer Electronics, and Telecommunications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Business, Marketing or Engineering related discipline
• Over 10+ years working experience in Marketing and Business development
• 6-8 years in Managerial Level and familiar with EMS OEM/ODM projects including PCBA and Box Build
• Proactive to drive growth by acquiring new OEM/ODM clients and expanding into untapped market segments.

• Hand on experience in preparation of Marketing material and exhibitions, as well as Marketing Strategies
• Team player, Aggressive & strong business acumen with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Familiar with EMS market environment and trends
• Possess knowledge about Electronics factory operations and component market
• Confidence and willing to take the challenges
• Computer basic skills. Use of emails and Microsoft Office
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese including Putonghua
• Occasional travel is required
• Station in China factory Mon-Fri
• More experience will be considered as Senior Sales & Marketing Manager
