Responsibilities:
- Handle a full set of accounts
- Responsible for processing all accounting transactions, update bank record and prepare financial reports for the Manager
- Ensure the smooth-running of invoice process, vendor management, accounts payable and receivable as well as inter-company transactions
- Weekly Payment arrangement. Ensure all documents are well prepared for payment processing.
- Prepare Weekly treasure report
- Prepare monthly management reports and quarterly reports.
- General clerical duties such as filing and data entry.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
- Assist in Audit
Requirements:
- HKCEE / DSE graduate or above ;
- LCCI Level 2 or Level 3 / related accounting courses
- Able to work under pressure and complete multi task
- Independent and able to interact effectively with all levels of personnel
- Good communication skill (oral & written) in both English and Mandarin
- Good in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
- Immediate availability is preferable
